Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Jürgen Mügge Industrieberatung GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanzierungsgrundsätze stellen sich im Einzelnen wie folgt dar:

•	Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt, und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

•	Der Kassenbestand ist ebenso wie die Bankguthaben zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

•	Das Eigenkapital ist mit dem Nennwert angesetzt

•	Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgte nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

•	Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

3.1 Bruttoanlagenspiegel

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

3.2 Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten haben in vollem Umfang eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Jürgen Mügge geführt.
