Für das Unternehmen besteht nach § 238 HGB Buchführungspflicht. Das Unternehmen hat eine den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsprechende Buchführung erstellt. Die Buchführung und das Belegwesen entsprechen nach unserer Feststellung den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung. Die anfallenden Geschäftsvorfälle wurden von uns erfasst und unter Anwendugn des EDV-Buchführungssystems der ADDISON Software und Service GmbH ausgewertet. Der Jahresabschluss schließt an den materiell unveränderten Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2015 an. Über die erforderlichen Um- und Nachbuchungen wurde eine Buchungsanweisung angefertigt. Das Anlageverzeichnis wurde elektronisch mit dem Programm ADDISON Anlagenbuchhaltung erstellt. Die Ordnungsmässigkeit des Programms wurde durch Einzelsystemprüfung der Ernst& Young, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Stuttgart, am 20. Dezember 2010 bestätigt. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind durch Salden- und Nachtragslisten belegt. Guthaben und
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten sind mit den Kontoauszügen bzw. Saldenbestätigungen abgestimmt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und sonstigen Verbindlichkleiten sind durch Einzelaufstellungen belegt. Für die Rückstellungen liegen die erforderlichen Berechnungsgrundlagen vor.
