ANHANG

Die auf Posten der Bilanz und auf Posten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen sowohl handelsrechtlichen als auch steuerrechtlichen Gewinnermittlungs- und Gliederungsvorschriften.

Die Bilanz ist nach dem allgemeinen Gliederungsschema des § 266 HGB aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem allgemeinen Gliederungsschema des § 275 HGB aufgestellt.

Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortsetzung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen.

Das Anlagevermögen wurde aus den historischen Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige, zeitanteilige Abschreibungen, unter Zugrundelegung der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer, hergeleitet. Die Grundsätze des § 7 EStG wurden berücksichtigt.
