Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss der Firma DLMC GmbH wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff . HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Bewertung wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetztes (BilMoG) durchgeführt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit absetzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen.
Halbfertige Arbeiten wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. zu Herstellungkosten bewertet.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bewertet.
Eine Einzelwertberichtigung auf Forderungen wurde nicht gebildet.
Steuerrückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Informationen zur Bilanz
Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt 0,00 €.

Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane

Zum Geschäftsführer/in waren im Geschäftsjahr Frau Dr. Nicola Breithaupt und Herr Dr. Nikolai von Schroeders bestellt.

Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der Mitarbeiter/innen im Geschäftsjahr 2023 betrug 22,25.
