Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma LOGO consult AG hat ihren Sitz in Starnberg und wird beim Amtsgericht München unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 130739 geführt.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 der Gesellschaft wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB und des AktG aufgestellt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB angewendet.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen wurden bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses in Anspruch genommen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen.

Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Im Geschäftsjahr waren für Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens keine außerplan-mäßigen Abschreibungen erforderlich.

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Das Grundkapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten alle erkennbaren Risiken sowie ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Für Erträge, die nachfolgende Wirtschaftsjahre betreffen, wurde ein passiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten in Höhe der abzugrenzenden Beträge gebildet.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- & Verlustrechnung

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten im Wesentlichen Aufwendungen für Resturlaub, Aufbewahrung von Geschäftsunterlagen und Kosten für die Erstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten ist eine Verbindlichkeit gegenüber dem Vorstand über TEUR 5 (VJ TEUR 11) enthalten. Die Rückzahlung dieser Verbindlichkeit ist im Jahr 2024 erfolgt.

Aufwendungen und Erträge wurden auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse oder sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen gemäß § 251 i.V.m. § 268 Abs. 7 HGB.

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus einem Mietvertrag über 31 TEUR (VJ TEUR 26).

Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 11 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
