Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Nanz medico Consult GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart und ist in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart unter der Nummer HRB 725289 eingetragen.
Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Nanz medico Consult GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Aufbau und Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen dem Vorjahr.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

In der durch das BilRUG geänderten Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung (§ 275 HGB) werden die Positionen außerordentliche Erträge, außerordentliche Aufwendungen und außerordentliches Ergebnis nicht mehr ausgewiesen. Es erfolgt daher eine Anpassung der Vorjahresangaben. Die im Vorjahr ausgewiesenen außerordentlichen Erträge sind unter der Position sonstige betriebliche Erträge ausgewiesen. Die im Vorjahr ausgewiesenen außerordentlichen Aufwendungen sind unter der Position sonstige betriebliche Aufwendungen ausgewiesen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und über ihre voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Die Gesellschaft verzichtet auf eine Inanspruchnahme des Wahlrechts gemäß § 248 Abs. 2 S. 1 HGB. Selbstgeschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden insoweit nicht aktiviert.

Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer von 3 - 20 Jahren linear vorgenommen. Wirtschaftsgüter mit Einzelanschaffungskosten von 250 Euro bis 1.000 Euro wurden in den Sammelposten eingestellt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, soweit diese Forderungen darstellen, werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichen objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Laufzeit entsprechenden Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Jahre abgezinst.

Vorliegend wird auf die Bilanzierung latenter Steuern unter Anwendung des § 274a HGB verzichtet.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Bilanz

Die Restlaufzeiten der Forderungen, sowie die Forderungen ggü. Gesellschaftern-/ verbundenen Unternehmen ergeben sich aus der Bilanz.

Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten, sowie die Höhe der Gesellschafterdarlehen bzw. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen ergeben sich aus der Bilanz.

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen umfassen im Wesentlichen Rückstellung für Aufbewahrungspflicht, Rückstellung für Abschluss und Prüfung, Rückstellung für Berufsgenossenschaftsbeiträge, sowie Rückstellung für Urlaub-/ Überstunden.
