In der Bilanz sind Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern nicht gesondert ausgewiesen. Es handelt sich dabei um Darlehen, die auf Blatt 5 dieses Anhangs gesondert erläutert sind.

Ausweis der nach § 265 Abs. 7 Nr. 2 HGB zusammengefassten Posten

Zur Vergrößerung der Klarheit der Darstellung wurden in der Bilanz einzelne Posten des Gliederungsschemas in § 266 HGB zusammengefasst.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der amanu GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die noch nicht veranlagte Körperschaft- und Gewerbesteuer.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Es bestehen die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte aus der Lieferung von Waren.

Angaben zu Einzelposten des Anlagevermögens

Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz wird nachfolgend dargestellt:

Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Im Posten sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind Beträge enthalten, die erst nach dem Bilanzstichtag rechtlich entstehen.

Dabei handelt es sich um Beträge, die erst nach dem Bilanzstichtag zu Einnahmen werden, aber zum Zweck der periodengerechten Gewinnermittlung bereits zum Bilanzstichtag als Ertrag erfasst wurden.

Die Abgrenzung dient der periodengerechten Gewinnermittlung. Die Beträge haben Forderungscharakter.

Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind größere Beträge enthalten, die erst nach dem Bilanzstichtag rechtlich entstehen. Dabei handelt es sich um Beträge, die erst nach dem Bilanzstichtag zu Ausgaben führen, aber zum Zweck der periodengerechten Gewinnermittlung bereits zum Bilanzstichtag als Aufwand erfasst wurden.

Beschluss über die Verwendung des Ergebnisses

Die Gesellschafterversammlung hat den Jahresüberschuss 2023 mit EUR 554.171,89 festgestellt und beschlossen, diesen auf das Folgejahr vorzutragen.
