1. Gliederung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach § 266 bzw. nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB unter Anwendung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden mit Bilanzerläuterungen

2.1. Anlagevermögen

Anlagevermögen war zum Bilanzstichtag nicht anzusetzen.

2.2. Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennbetrag ohne Pauschalwertberichtigung angesetzt.

2.3. Eigenkapital

Die Entwicklung des Eigenkapitals ist aus der Bilanz ersichtlich.

2.4. Rückstellungen

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen ist allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen.

2.5. Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht.

3. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer im Berichtszeitraum waren Herr Holger Hermann, Neuhausen und Herr Michael Freudenberg, Uhingen.
