Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Averi IT-Services GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurden grundsätzlich in Anspruch genommen.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 410,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr

Die Bilanzposition Verbindlichkeiten enthält Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe von € 25.573,67 (Vorjahr: € 32.704,79).
