Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2020

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Better Thoughts GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter HRB 5829 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff, 264 ff. HGB sowie der einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen gem. § 253 Abs. 2 HGB, angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden linear pro rata temporis vorgenommen. Bei der Bemessung der Abschreibungen wird auf die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgestellt.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Im Bilanzverlust ist ein Verlustvortrag in Höhe von EUR 6.235,11 enthalten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 3.450,23. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 822,25.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Auf Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gem. § 326 HGB verzichtet.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer ist Herr Matthias Mayer. Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Das Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Erfassung, Prüfung und Verarbeitung von Daten aller Art.

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt DM 50.000,00. Die ausstehenden Einlagen auf das Stammkapital betragen DM 19.000,00 und sind nicht eingefordert.

Die Gesellschaft wird beim Finanzamt Stuttgart-Körperschaften geführt.

Im Jahr 2020 wurde im Durchschnitt ein Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
