Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die CodeSense GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart und ist in das Handelsregister Stuttgart unter der Register-Nr. HRB 723395 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der CodeSense GmbH wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Nach den in § 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden, gegenüber dem Vorjahr im Wesentlichen unveränderten, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zeitanteilig.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalwert nach Abzug der erforderlichen Wertberichtigungen bilanziert.

Die Bankguthaben wurden mit dem Nominalwert bilanziert.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist unter Angabe der Abschreibung des Geschäftsjahres im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt.

Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die unter den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen ausgewiesenen Beträge sind - wie im Vorjahr - innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben - wie im Vorjahr - eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Dr. Markus Stoll geführt.

Der Geschäftsführer ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und befugt, im Namen der Gesellschaft mit sich im eigenen Namen oder als Vertreter eines Dritten Rechtsgeschäfte vorzunehmen.
