Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Offenzulegende Fassung gem. § 326 HGB

1. Gliederung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach § 266 bzw. nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB unter Anwendung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden mit Bilanzerläuterungen

2.1. Anlagevermögen

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und
linear über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Die Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger
Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen sowohl linear als auch geometrisch-degressiv entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Die Bewertung der Geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter im Zugangsjahr erfolgte wahlweise nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG bzw. § 6 Abs. 2a EStG.

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten und der einzelnen Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem Bruttoanlagespiegelverzeichnis.

2.2. Umlaufvermögen

Vorräte waren zum Bilanzstichtag nicht anzusetzen.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstigen Vermögens-gegenstände wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

2.3. Eigenkapital

Die Entwicklung des Eigenkapitals ist aus der Bilanz ersichtlich.
2.4. Rückstellungen

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen ist allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen. Die Bewertung erfolgte mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.

Die Bewertung der Pensionsrückstellung erfolgte auf Basis eines versicherungsmathematischen Gutachtens und wurde mit dem von der Deutschen Bundesbank veröffentlichten durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Jahre in Höhe von 1,9% abgezinst, der sich bei einer angenommenen Restlaufzeit von 15 Jahren ergibt (§ 253 Abs. 2 S.2 HGB). Als Berechnungsverfahren kam die Projected Unit Credit Method (PUC-Methode) zur Anwendung. Als Gehaltstrend sind 0,00 % angenommen. Den Biometrischen Annahmen lagen die Richttafeln 2018 G von Klaus Heubeck zugrunde. Da für die erteilte Versorgungszusage eine Rückdeckungsversicherung besteht, bei der es sich um Deckungsvermögen handelt, war eine Saldierung in Höhe des beizulegenden Zeitwertes vorzunehmen (§ 246 Abs. 2 S. 2 Halbsatz 1 HGB).

Die Rückstellungen für Pensionen betragen 280.053 € (Vorjahr 320.331 €). Dem Erfüllungsbetrag der Pensionsverpflichtungen in Höhe von 623.313 € steht ein Zeitwert des Deckungsvermögens in Höhe von 343.260 € gegenüber. Nach Saldierung war eine Rückstellung in Höhe von 280.053 € auszuweisen.

2.5. Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter in Höhe von
€ 50.000,00 enthalten. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht.

3. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer im Berichtszeitraum war Herr Stefan Lendl, Stuttgart.

4. Erläuterung zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Keine Angaben gemäß § 326 HGB.

5. Ergebnisverwendung

Keine Angaben wegen Inanspruchnahme der Schutzklausel gemäß § 325 HGB.

6. Größenklasse

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB.
