Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 31.12.2013

Die Bilanzansätze, die Bewertung und die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorschriften des HGB.

Der Anhang entspricht den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Erfordernissen. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Satz 1 HGB i.V. mit § 326 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die übrigen Posten des Umlaufvermögens sind mit Nennbeträgen angesetzt.

Sachanlagen

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Sachanlagen angeschafft.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen

Die Forderungen sind mit den Nominalwerten ausgewiesen.

Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt am 31. Dezember 2013 unverändert EUR 25.000,00.

Verbindlichkeiten

Zum Abschlussstichtag 31.12.2013 bestanden sonstige Verbindlichkeiten.
