Anhang

A. Allgemeines

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. § 267 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Abschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode unter Zugrundelegung der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes gebildet. Geringwertige Wirtschaftgüter im Betrag bis zu € 410,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind ausreichend bemessen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Ergänzende Angaben

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestanden in Höhe von T€ 20,3.

Haftungsverhältnisse gem. § 251 HGB bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Die Geschäfte des Unternehmens im Berichtszeitraum wurden geführt durch Herrn Dr. rer. nat. Siegfried Lehr, Dipl.-Mathematiker, Dipl.-Informatiker.
