2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung unter Berücksichtigung der steuerlichen Vorschriften Bilanzierungsvorschriften/Bewertungsvorschriften

a. Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist..

b. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit den Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet..

c. Das Anlage- und Umlaufvermögen, das Eigenkapital und die Schulden sind in der Bilanz gesondert ausgewiesen und ausreichend gegliedert..

d. Das Anlagevermögen weist nur Gegenstände aus, die bestimmt sind, dem Geschäftsbetrieb dauernd zu dienen.

e. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

f. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach voraussichtlicher Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen.

g. Die Forderungen sind grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden mit Bildung von Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

h. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen.

i. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen..

j. Aufwendungen und Erträge sind unabhängig von dem Zeitpunkt der entstehenden Zahlungen im Jahresabschluss berücksichtigt worden.

k. Alle Angaben in Euro.

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
