Allgemeine Hinweise

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Registerinformationen

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Meanwave GmbH mit Sitz in Stuttgart im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter der Nummer HRB 745495 eingetragen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Erworbene und selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bilanziert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige, lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Sämtliche Anlagegüter werden nach der linearen Methode abgeschieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Netto-Einzelwert von EUR 250,00 sind als Aufwand erfasst worden. Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Netto-Einzelwert von EUR 800,00 sind im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben bzw. als Aufwand erfasst worden; ihr sofortiger Abgang wurde unterstellt. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens werden im Übrigen zeitanteilig vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

Die Bestände an Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sind zu durchschnittlichen Einstandspreisen oder zu niedrigeren Tagespreisen am Bilanzstichtag aktiviert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurden abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Von den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen bestehen Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von TEUR 18 (Vj. TEUR 67).

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von TEUR 402 (Vj. TEUR 448) haben in Höhe TEUR 10 (Vj. TEUR 61) von ein Restlaufzeit von 1 bis 5 Jahre sowie in Höhe von TEUR 161 (Vj. TEUR 161) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren. Alle übrigen Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von TEUR 254 (Vj. TEUR 297) enthalten.

Sonstige Angaben

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Aus einem bestehenden Mietvertrag ergeben sich jährliche finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von TEUR 26. Hierbei handelt es sich um Mietverpflichtungen für die Büroräume der Gesellschaft.
Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet.
