Größenklasse (§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB)
Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden (§ 284 Abs. 1 HGB)
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach Maßgabe der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Vorschriften des GmbHG zu beachten.

Im Rahmen des Anlagevermögens wurden erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände zu Anschaffungskosten und Sachanlagen zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Bei Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens, deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, wurden die Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Sachanlagen bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800,00 (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) wurden im Jahr des Zugangs aktiviert und vollständig abgeschrieben.

Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Bei Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde zusätzlich durch eine ausreichend bemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten.

Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB bestanden nicht.

Die Gesellschaft hat während des Geschäftsjahres durchschnittlich 52 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr 56 Arbeitnehmer) beschäftigt.

Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern (§ 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG)
Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 117,30 Euro (Vorjahr 2.610,63 Euro).
