A N H A N G

A. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Gipser Götz GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen 150,01 € und 1.000,00 € werden unter Berücksichtigung der Verlautbarung der Bundessteuerberaterkammer 43/2007 entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften auf fünf Jahre abgeschrieben ("Pool-Abschreibung"), da die Werte insgesamt von untergeordneter Bedeutung sind.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens bis 800,00 € werden sofort abgeschrieben.

Vorräte werden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten oder zu den niedrigeren Tageswerten am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die Aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind in Höhe der abzugrenzenden Beträge angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und Sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Informationen zur Bilanz

Gemäß § 274 a HGB muß kein Anlagegitter (Anlagespiegel) eingereicht werden.

Die Abschreibungen für Sachanlagen betragen 5.050,28 € (Vorjahr: 3.861,78 €).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten beträgt 40.510,91 € (Vorjahr: 44.216,41 €).

Darin sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter mit 35.483,89 € (Vorjahr: 40.483,89 €) enthalten.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt am Bilanzstichtag 0,00 € (Vorjahr: 0,00 €).

Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 268 Absatz 7 HGB bestanden keine.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft ganzjährig von Herrn Markus Götz, Stukkateurmeister geführt.

Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
