A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der NetBase GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind grundsätzlich im Anhang aufgeführt. Für die Angabe der Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

B. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear bzw. degressiv vorgenommen.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410 € wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.
Die Anschaffungskosten beweglicher Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 150 € wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.
Für bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert von über 150 €, aber nicht mehr als 1.000 € wurde ein Sammelposten gebildet, der linear über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben wird.
Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.
Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.
