Bei dem vorliegendem Jahresabschluss handelt es sich um ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr.

Die GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden

Entgeltlich von Dritten erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und über den Zeitraum der Nutzung planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten für das einzelne Wirtschaftsgut EUR 410,00 nicht übersteigen, wurden als Aufwand erfasst. Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellkosten von mehr als EUR 410,00 werden aktiviert und über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit erforderlich werden Abwertungen für Bestandsrisiken, die sich aus der Lagerdauer bzw. verminderter Verwertbarkeit ergeben, in angemessenem und ausreichendem Umfang vorgenommen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Im ersten Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr wurde eine Einheitsbilanz aufgestellt, weil keine Abweichungen zur Steuerbilanz bestehen.
