Allgemeine Angaben und Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma tecsolutions GmbH ist eine Kapitalgesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetztes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die bisherige Form der Darstellung und die bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden insoweit angepasst. Eine Durchbrechung der Stetigkeit liegt insoweit nicht vor (Art. 67 VIII 1 HGB). Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art. 67 VIII 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Zum Abschlussstichtag weist die Gesellschaft die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Insofern erfolgte die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses (Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang) nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB geltenden Vorschriften.

Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt in EUR.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Nennwerten bewertet.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zu Nennwerten bewertet.

Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

Eigenkapital

Das Festkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von insgesamt 25.000 Euro entspricht dem Gesellschaftsvertrag und der Satzung und ist zur Hälfte in bar erbracht.
