Anhang zum 31.12.2022

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungswert bilanziert worden.
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter bestehen keine.

Am Bilanzstichtag bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Kfz-Leasingverträgen mit einer maximalen Laufzeit bis ins Jahr 2026.
Aus den Leasingverträgen wurde die Kapitalgesellschaft im Jahr 2022 mit 47003,95 € belastet.
