ANHANG

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluß wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt.

Die Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung wurde zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen bewertet. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden in Höhe ihres Nennwertes bilanziert. Dabei wurde bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen das allgemeine Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung von 1% berücksichtigt.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen. Sie wurden in Höhe ihres voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer bestanden am Bilanzstichtag Forderungen von EUR 51.287,52. Es handelt sich um ein Verrechnungskonto, welches in Form eines Kontokorrentes geführt und mit 6% p.a. verzinst wurde
