Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die BHT GmbH ist nach den Kriterien des § 267 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der BHT GmbH wurde auf Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Sachanlagenvermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit nutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Für einzelne bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter, die den Wert von € 250,00 aber nicht von € 1.000,00 überschreiten, wurde ein Sammelposten gebildet, der jährlich mit einem Fünftel gewinnmindernd aufgelöst wird. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögenswerte wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbarer Risiken bewertet. Sie enthalten keine Wertansätze, die erst nach dem Abschlussstichtag rechtlich entstanden sind.

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter besteht eine verzinsliche Darlehensforderung (Ausleihe) in Höhe von € 7.651,43

Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB bestanden nicht. Die Geschäfte wurden in dem Geschäftsjahr 2020 von dem Geschäftsführer Bajram Hakaj geleitet.
