ANHANG 2023

Allgemeine Hinweise
Der Jahresabschluss der INTETICS GmbH, Düsseldorf, - im Folgenden kurz "Gesellschaft" genannt - wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 bis 256 und §§ 264 ff. in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes vom 23. Juli 2015 ohne Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen sowie nach den Sondervorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft gilt als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB wurden angewandt. Gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB wurde die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Von Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das abnutzbare bewegliche Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, die grundsätzlich nach der linearen Methode erfolgen, angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Wertberichtigungen sind entsprechend der Ausfallwahrscheinlichkeit gebildet worden.

Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgte in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden unter Beachtung des § 253 Absatz 2 HGB abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
