.ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2018

I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

1. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

II. ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

1. Die Bewertung wurde unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) vorgenommen. Abweichungen von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden nicht vorgenommen.

2. Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt.

3. Im Übrigen wurden Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten mit ihrem Nennwert bzw. Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

4. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

III. ANGABEN ZU POSTEN DER BILANZ

1. Die Entwicklung des in der Bilanz erfassten Anlagevermögens im Jahr 2018 ist im Anlagespiegel dargestellt.

IV. Angaben zu Posten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
