A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss der ISCOM Consulting GmbH, Uckerfelde (Amtsgericht Neuruppin, HRB 5641 NP) wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften §§ 264 ff HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes erstellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Bei der ISCOM Consulting GmbH handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB.

B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Bilanzierungswahlrechte waren nicht auszuüben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt.

Rückstellungen sind in dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Forderungen und sonstige Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

D. Ergänzende Angaben
Alleiniger Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2024 war Herr Ingolf Scheffler. Er ist von den Beschränkungen nach § 181 BGB befreit. Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 2 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
