Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist nach den Größenklassen des § 267 Abs. 1 Handelsgesetzbuch (nachfolgend kurz: HGB) als "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaft eingestuft. Entsprechend wurden bei Aufstellungen der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung die für diese Größenklasse vorgesehenen Erleichterungen in Form von Verkürzungen und Weglassen von Anhang Angaben beansprucht.

Die nach § 268 Abs. 2 HGB geforderte Darstellung der Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens in Form eines Anlagegitters innerhalb der Bilanz oder im Anhang ist für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften nicht vorgesehen und daher unterblieben.

Die Gesellschaft wurde 1998 gegründet und nahm ihren Geschäftsbetrieb am 25.03.1998 auf. Sie ist unter HRB 3656 beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Ulm eingetragen. Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.

Per 31.12.2023 wurden die geänderten Vorschriften des BilMoG beachtet.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden und zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Bei der Bewertung wird von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. Dem stehen tatsächliche und rechtliche Gegebenheiten nicht entgegen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden sind zum Abschlussstichtag einzeln bewertet worden.
Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften orientieren sich grundsätzlich an den handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind.

Anlagevermögen
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, gegebenenfalls vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen bewertet.
Die Nutzungsdauer der jeweiligen Anlagegegenstände wurde auf der Basis der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Die Abschreibungsberechnungen erfolgten ab dem Datum des Zugangs zeitanteilig.

Umlaufvermögen
Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Beim Umlaufvermögen wurden keine Abschreibungen nach steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Fremdkapitalzinsen wurden bei der Bewertung des Anlage- und Umlaufvermögens nicht berücksichtigt.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Für das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bei Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet.

Rückstellungen
Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgte zu Vollkosten.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. In den Bewertungsansätzen wurden die Aufwendungen einbezogen, die im folgenden Geschäftsjahr anfallen werden, jedoch wirtschaftlich dem Geschäftsjahr 2023 zuzurechnen sind.

C. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Da es sich bei der c-entron Software GmbH um eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne des HGB handelt erfolgen keine Angaben zum Gewinn und Verlust.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr 2023 Volker Lehnert.

Die Angaben der Beschäftigungszahlen war in 2023 aufgrund von § 285 Nr. 7 + Nr. 9a i.V.m. § 288 HGB nicht erforderlich.
