Anhang zum 30. April 2011

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt.
Per 1.1.2010 wurde auf die geänderten Vorschriften des BilMoG umgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegeangen, da weder rechtliche noch tatsächliche Anhaltspunkte erkennbar sind, die gegen diese Annahme sprechen.

Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis € 410 wurden im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bei Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

Liquide Mittel sind zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbertrags angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzins der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst.

Die Steuerrückstellungen enthalten die noch nicht veranlagten Steuern des Geschäftsjahres und zu erwartende Steuernachzahlungen aus Vorjahren.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens (Anlagespiegel) ist in Anlage III/I dargestellt. Hieraus ergeben sich auch die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres (§ 268 Abs. 2 HGB)

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Bei den Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen handelt es sich um Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen.

Aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Als aktive Rechnungabgrenzungen werden Ausgaben erfasst, die vor dem Abschlussstichtag geleistet wurden, jedoch Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Rückstellungen

Die Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung der Rückstellungen im Geschäftsjahr ist dem Rückstellungsspiegel im Erläuterungsteil zu entnehmen.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt.

V. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Geschäftsführung

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Reiner Kolb geführt.
Angaben zu den an die Geschäftsführung im Geschäftsjahr bezahlten Vergütungen entfallen gemäß § 288 Satz 1 HGB.

Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
