ANHANG

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der TESD GmbH wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 HGB.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Wirtschaftsgüter bis 410,- EUR netto Anschaffungswert werden am Jahresende vollständig abgeschrieben, bis 1.000,- EUR in einen Pool eingestellt, der über fünf Jahre aufgelöst wird, darüber wird gemäß den Abschreibungstabellen der Finanzverwaltung abgeschrieben.

3. Einzelangaben zu Positionen in der Bilanz

Sämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von maximal einem Jahr. Für das Geschäftsjahr ergeben sich Steuern von 0 TEUR.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2011: Roland M. Eppelt. Im Jahresdurchschnitt wurden 1,5 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
