Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Das Unternehmen ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Ulm unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 728080 eingetragen.

Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB)
unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften und der sie ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes erfolgt.

Im Interesse der Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit werden die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Vermerke zu Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung fast ausschließlich im Anhang aufgeführt.

Die bisher angewandten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze haben gegenüber dem Vorjahr keine Änderung erfahren.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt worden.

Die Erleichterungen der Rechnungslegung für kleine Gesellschaften werden hinsichtlich des Anhangs in Anspruch genommen.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und - soweit abnutzbar - vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist aus dem nachfolgenden Anlagenspiegel ersichtlich:

Die entgeltlich erworbenen Geschäfts- und Firmenwerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Hinsichtlich der so genannten "geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter" im Sinne des Steuerrechts wird von der Möglichkeit einer Sofortabschreibung entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht.

Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe sowie Waren sind auf Anschaffungskostenbasis bewertet.

Unfertige und fertige Erzeugnisse werden zu Herstellungskosten bewertet, die neben den direkt zurechenbaren Einzelkosten verursachungsgerecht zurechenbare Gemeinkostenanteile enthalten.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zu Nennwerten unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Von den unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen ausgewiesenen Beträgen entfallen 158.840,14 EUR auf Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen.

Das voll eingezahlte Stammkapital ist zum Nennbetrag bewertet.

Steuer- und sonstige Rückstellungen decken die erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag dotiert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet und besitzen eine Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Durchschnittliche Zahl der Mitarbeiter

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer beträgt 20.
