financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Firma FMS Internetservice GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Umkirch und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Freiburg unter HRB 708504 eingetragen.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der vorliegenden Jahresabschluss wurde grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.
Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind im Anhang aufgeführt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden linear oder degressiv abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig.
Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben; ihr sofortiger Abgang wird unterstellt.

Die Vorräte wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips mit dem niedrigeren am Abschlussstichtag beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch pauschale Abschläge berücksichtigt.
Die Bewertung von Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten, bezogen auf den jeweiligen Gesamtbetrag unter Berücksichtigung anteiliger Auflösungen.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Von den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen bestehen TEUR 7 (im Vorjahr TEUR 402) gegenüber Gesellschafter. Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben Restlaufzeiten bis zu einem Jahr.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind teilweise durch branchenübliche Eigentumsvorbehalte gesichert.

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind TEUR 51 aus Steuern enthalten.

Haftungsverhältnisse
Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen in Höhe von jährlich TEUR 59.

Sonstige Angaben
Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 8.
