Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die vorliegende Bilanz wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden in den in Art. 67 Abs. 8 EGHGB genannten Fällen nicht angepasst.

Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Der Sammelposten geringwertige Wirschaftsgüter wird gem. § 6 Abs. 2 a EStG auf 5 Jahre abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Sonstige Rückstellungen sind pflichtgemäß für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet, sie decken erkennbare Verpflichtungen in angemessener Höhe ab.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen in Höhe von € 2.462,00 (Vj. € 9.161,00) vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind, wie im Vorjahr, sämtliche innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr betragen € 77.871,18 (Vj. € 52.440,72).
In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 30,73 (Vj. € -,-) und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von € 15.533,06 (Vj. € -,-) enthalten.
Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit betragen € 32,82 (Vj. € -,-).
