Anhang zur Bilanz 2010

Gemäß § 284 und 285 HGB werden folgen Angaben gemacht:

1.	Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt in Anwendung der Vorschriften des § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde entsprechen § 275 Abs. 2 HGB in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
2.	Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften Des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
3.	Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.
4.	Steuerrückstellungen für die noch nicht veranlagten Steuern des Geschäftsjahres und des Vorjahres oder sonstige Rückstellungen sind nicht zu erwarten und wurden daher nicht gebildet.
5.	Es bestehen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen.
6.	Der Firmenwert wird über 15 Jahre abgeschrieben.
7.	Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten sind durch Grundpfandrechte gesichert.
8.	Der Jahresüberschuss wird mit dem Verlustvortrag verrechnet.
