Anhang zur Bilanz

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der ASSD GmbH, Unterhaching, wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (geringfügige Wirtschaftsgüter) wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
Die Bankguthaben wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken (Einzelwertberichtigung) bewertet.
Steuerrückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen.
Es wurden keine Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde aufgestellt am 28. Juli 2025.

B. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Position der Bilanz

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 31.022,57 Euro. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag 0 Euro.

C. Sonstige Angaben.
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den alleinigen Geschäftsführer, Herrn Andreas Stolz, geführt.
