Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

Erläuterungen und Feststellungen zur Rechnungslegung

Jahresabschluss

Der vollständige Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2021 (bestehend aus Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang) ist in den Anlagen beigefügt.
Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267a HGB zum 31.12.2021 eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft, die hinsichtlich der Offenlegung gemäß § 325 HGB in Verbindung mit §§ 326 und 288 HGB nur verpflichtet ist, die (verkürzte) Bilanz zu hinterlegen und bei Angabe bestimmter Angaben unter der Bilanz auf die Aufstellung eines Anhangs verzichten kann.

Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB, sowie dem § 42 GmbHG, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen für Kleinstkapitalgesellschaften werden in Anspruch genommen.

Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 - 256 HGB, sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 269 - 274, 278, 279 - 283 HGB) aufgestellt.

Rechnungswesen

Die von uns vorkontierten Originalbelege der Gesellschaft wurden über das DATEV-Rechenzentrum verarbeitet und ausgewertet. Der Jahresabschluss wurde von uns mittels Nachtragsbuchungen entwickelt. Der endgültige Saldenausdruck stimmt mit der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung überein. Die Bücher, Konten und Schriftstücke der Gesellschaft vermitteln den für die Jahresabschlusserstellung erforderlichen Überblick. Das Belegwesen ist geordnet und übersichtlich.

Anlagevermögen

Sachanlagen

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich der bisher angefallenen und im Geschäftsjahr 2021 planmäßig vorgenommenen Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden nach Maßgabe der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen, bei Neuzugängen erfolgen die Absetzungen nach der linearen Methode. Von der Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wird Gebrauch gemacht. Die begonnenen Abschreibungsmethoden sind im Berichtsjahr nicht geändert worden.

Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet. Bei zweifelhaften oder mit erkennbaren Risiken behaftete Forderungen sind Wertabschläge berücksichtigt. Uneinbringliche Forderungen sind abgeschrieben.

Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger Beurteilung notwendig ist und entsprechen den zu erwartenden Ausgaben.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit unter einem Jahr.

Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresabschluss wurde vor Gewinnverwendung aufgestellt.

Vorschlag zur Ergebnisverwendung

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern die folgende Ergebnisverwendung vor:
