Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 266 Abs.1, 276, 288 HGB) und bei den Offenlegungen (§ 326 bzw. 327 HGB) wurden in Anspruch genommen.



2. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angewandt:

Etwaige Wahlrechte im Bilanzansatz wurden durchgängig nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen entschieden.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert.
Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 150,-- EUR wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben (§ 6 Abs. 2 EStG).

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalbeträgen angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Der Wertansatz erfolgte nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung, wobei alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt wurden.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Hierin sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 34.538,90 EUR
enthalten.



3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Anlagevermögen

Die Zusammenstellung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens nach § 268 Abs.2 HGB ist dem Anhang dieses Jahresabschlusses zu entnehmen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Verbindlichkeiten

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt EUR 0,--.


4. Sonstige Angaben

Zur alleinigen Geschäftsführung war im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr Herr Hüseyin Demir befugt. Er ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.



5. Vorschlag und Beschluss über die Verwendung des Ergebnisses

Von der Geschäftsführung wird auf der noch einzuberufenden Gesellschafter-versammlung vorgeschlagen, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von 15.758,46 EUR auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
