Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma BaTaLog Mobile Solutions GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs einschließlich des BilMoG aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410,00 € (geringwertige Wirtschaftgüter) wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte ist aus dem Inventar zu entnehmen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Name des Geschäftsführers

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Wilhelm Janski geführt. Außer dem Geschäftsführer wurden im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
