Anhang 2023

Allgemeine Hinweise

Das Unternehmen ist unter der Firma Net Einzelhandel GmbH mit Sitz in Velbert im Handelsregister von Amtsgericht Wuppertal unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 25888 eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Liegt der sich danach ergebende Buchwert über dem beizulegenden Wert, werden bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert vorgenommen.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig.

Alle erkennbaren Risiken im Vorratsvermögen, die sich aus überdurchschnittlicher Lagerdauer, geminderter Verwertbarkeit und niedrigeren Wiederbeschaffungskosten ergeben, sind durch angemessene Abwertungen berücksichtigt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen waren im Ergebnis der Risikobeurteilung nicht erforderlich.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben im Geschäftsjahr und im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten

Es bestehen in Höhe von EUR 96.886,67 (Vj. TEUR 95) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern haben in Höhe von TEUR 97 (Vj. TEUR 95) eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr und in Höhe von TEUR 0 (Vj. TEUR 0) eine solche von mehr als einem Jahr. Bei den übrigen Verbindlichkeiten betragen solche mit Restlaufzeiten bis zu einem Jahr TEUR 222 (Vj. TEUR 312) und die mit Restlaufzeiten über einem Jahr TEUR 337 (Vj. TEUR 0).

TEUR 147 der Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 34 sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.

Sonstige Angaben

Vorschüsse und Kredite zugunsten von Mitgliedern der Geschäftsführung

Den Mitgliedern der Geschäftsführung wurden gewährt (Saldo am Stichtag):

Es wurden an Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung Vorschüsse und Kredite von EUR 37.500,77 im Geschäftsjahr neu gewährt. Sie werden mit einen Zinssatz von 1,50% p.a. verzinst.
