1. Anwendung des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB)

Der Jahresabschluss der TWS Technologies GmbH, Velbert, wurde nach den Vorschriften des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuches, der weiteren rechtsformspezifischen Vorschriften sowie des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Alle Angaben erfolgen in Euro.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten werden entsprechend der Generalnorm für Kapitalgesellschaften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung gemäß § 264 Abs. 2 HGB bewertet.
Die allgemeinen Bewertungsgrundsätze gemäß § 252 HGB wurden beachtet.
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sowie die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen (und Sonderabschreibungen) Euro 0,00) angesetzt. Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Berücksichtigung einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von 3 - 8 Jahren abgeschrieben.

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und Ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer entsprechend linear, im Zugangsjahr zeitanteilig, abgeschrieben. Dabei werden entgeltlich erworbene EDV-Programme über eine betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer von drei Jahren abgeschrieben.

Die Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung wird linear bzw. degressiv entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer im Wesentlichen über 4 bis 10 Jahre abgeschrieben. Bei beweglichen Anlagegütern wurden die Zugänge pro rata temporis abgeschrieben.
Bei Anlagegütern, die nach dem 01.01.2010 angeschafft wurden, erfolgt die Abschreibung näherungsweise gemäß dem tatsächlichen Nutzungsverlauf. Dabei kommt grundsätzlich die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung.

Bei den Vorräten werden die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert..
Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Die Bewertung der liquiden Mittel erfolgt zu Nennwerte.

Das Eigenkapital wird zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken, Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Habensalden aus laufenden sowie noch nicht abgerechneten Geschäften wurden unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzips abgegrenzt.

Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung und Gliederung der Anschaffungskosten, der Abschreibungen und der Buchwerte ist im Anlagevermögen dargestellt.

Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Von den Sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen haben Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr Euro 0,00) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Die übrigen Forderungen und Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Bilanzgewinn

Der Bilanzgewinn enthält einen Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 431.345,52 Euro (Vj. Euro 325.894,83).

Rückstellungen

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten insbesondere Rückstellungen für laufende sowie noch nicht abgerechnete Geschäfte. Es handelt sich dabei im Wesentlichen um noch ausstehende Rechnungen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr betragen insgesamt Euro 160.232,10 (i.Vj. Euro 141.012,93) und die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren betragen Euro 0,00 (i. Vj. Euro 0,00).

5. Ergebnisverwendung

Der Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von Euro 9.037,40 (Vj. Euro Gewinn 173.361,48) wird mit dem Gewinnvortrag verrechnet und der Restbetrag auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

6. Vorgänge 2024
Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung haben sich bisher im Jahr 2024 nicht ergeben.
