1. Allgemeine Angaben

Die adata Software GmbH, Verden, ist beim Amtsgericht Walsrode unter HRB 122 125 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Absatz 1 HGB auf.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Von dem Wahlrecht, selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens gemäß § 248 Absatz 2 HGB mit den Herstellungskosten zu aktivieren und über den Zeitraum der Nutzung planmäßig linear abzuschreiben, wird Gebrauch gemacht.

Entgeltlich von Dritten erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und über den Zeitraum der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzung planmäßig linear abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Sachanlagen werden nach der linearen Methode unter Berücksichtigung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Bei Zugängen von abnutzbaren beweglichen Vermögenswerten werden die Abschreibungen pro rata temporis ermittelt.

Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 werden aus Vereinfachungsgründen im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und als Abgang behandelt, soweit sie nicht wegen Unwesentlichkeit (bei Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 250,00) in den Aufwendungen ausgewiesen werden.

Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten (in der Regel dem Nennwert) bzw. mit den am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt. Bei Forderungen, deren Einbringlichkeit mit erkennbaren Risiken behaftet ist, werden angemessene Wertabschläge vorgenommen; uneinbringliche Forderungen werden ausgebucht. Sobald die Gründe für den niedrigeren Wertansatz nicht mehr bestehen, wird maximal bis zu den Anschaffungskosten zugeschrieben.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Unter den aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden bereits gezahlte zukünftige Geschäftsjahre betreffende Aufwendungen aktiviert. Der Posten wird in der Rechnungsperiode aufgelöst, in der der Aufwand wirtschaftlich entstanden ist.

Bei der Bildung der Rückstellungen werden alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden grundsätzlich zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Einnahmen vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Ertrag für künftige Geschäftsjahre darstellen. Der Posten wird aufgelöst, sobald der Ertrag wirtschaftlich entstanden ist.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden Aufwendungen für Entwicklungen getätigt, von denen ein Betrag in Höhe von EUR 33.825,53 bei den selbst geschaffenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens aktiviert wurde. Die Entwicklungskosten umfassen die bis zum Bilanzstichtag angefallenen direkt zurechenbaren Einzelkosten.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind alle wie im Vorjahr innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Der Posten Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände enthält Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von unter TEUR 1 (Vorjahr: unter TEUR 1).

Von den Verbindlichkeiten entfallen TEUR 49 (Vorjahr: TEUR 26) auf Gesellschafter.

Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben TEUR 228 (Vorjahr: TEUR 100) eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr und TEUR 578 (Vorjahr: TEUR 445) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Davon haben TEUR 217 (Vorjahr: TEUR 84) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren.

Von den Verbindlichkeiten bestehen TEUR 26 (Vorjahr: TEUR 20) aus Steuern sowie TEUR 2 (Vorjahr: TEUR 3) aus Sozialversicherungsbeiträgen.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 53 (Vorjahr: 38).
