I. Angaben zur Bilanz
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer von bis zu 10 Jahren abgeschrieben.
Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt.
Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Anschaffungskostenminderungen bilanziert, soweit nicht eine Bewertung zu niedrigeren Wiederbeschaffungspreisen geboten ist. Nicht gängige Bestände werden abgewertet.
Der Bestand an unfertigen Leistungen wurde mit den dem Grad der Fertigstellung entsprechenden Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Bewertung erfolgte retrograd ausgehend von den Verkaufspreisen abzüglich Verwaltungs- und Vertriebskosten sowie Gewinnaufschlag.
Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden zum Nennwert abzüglich gebotener Wertberichtigungen angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.
Die übrigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.
