Anhang

I. Allgemeine Hinweise

Die Flowgraph GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Waldbronn. Sie ist unter der Nr. HRB 361821 beim Amtsgericht Mannheim - Registergericht - eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und wird um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge erfolgen zeitanteilig.

Die Vorräte wurden mit den Herstellungskosten bzw. mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Die erkennbaren Risiken sind durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Rückstellungen werden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme unter Berücksichtigung kaufmännischer Vorsicht gebildet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt EUR 52.000,00.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr Herr Wolfgang Scholl tätig.
