I. Allgemeine Angaben
Die cronos customer experience AG mit ihrem Sitz in Walldorf ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Mannheim unter 351923 eingetragen.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss enthält sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Aufwendungen und Erträge.

In der Bilanz sind das Umlaufvermögen, Eigenkapital, Rückstellungen und Schulden hinreichend aufgegliedert.

Posten der Aktivseite sind - bis auf die gesetzlich normierten Ausnahmen - nicht mit Posten der Passivseite und Aufwendungen sind nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet.

III. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die unfertigen Leistungen werden mit den Einzelkosten sowie angemessenen Teilen der Fertigungsgemeinkosten und dem von der cronos Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Münster, weiterbelasteten Werteverzehr des Anlagevermögens angesetzt. Aktivierungswahlrechte wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Der Ausweis der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zu Nennwerten. Auf die Forderungen aus dem Lieferungs- und Leistungsverkehr wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung sowie eine Einzelwertberichtigung gebildet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in angemessener Höhe. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt worden. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurden abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung bestanden nicht.
Haftungsverhältnisse bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Forderungen
Die Forderungen beinhalten Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 572.955,04 (Vorjahr: EUR 188.649,33).

Eigenkapital
Das gezeichnete Kapital besteht aus 100.000 Namensaktien zum Nennwert von je EUR 1,00. Jede Aktie gewährt ein Stimmrecht.

Verbindlichkeiten
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
Es bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte besichert sind.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres Beschäftigten betrug 51.
