ANHANG

Vorbemerkung

Die mformatics GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Erleichterungen gem. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde bei der Erstellung des Anhangs Gebrauch gemacht.

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (geringfügige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Gleiches gilt für Investitionen in Computerhard- und -software. Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen wurden Einzelberichtigungen vorgenommen. Die Guthaben und Kassenbestände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist voll eingezahlt und zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Abweichungen von bisherigen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden nicht vorgenommen.

Herstellungskosten sind nicht angefallen.

B. Sonstige Pflichtangaben gem. § 285 HGB

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 93.276,72 Euro (Vorjahr 86.325,60 Euro). Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestanden am Bilanzstichtag 31.12.2023 nicht (Vorjahr ebenfalls nicht).

Keine der Verbindlichkeiten waren durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug sieben Arbeitnehmer.

Keinem Mitglied des Geschäftsführungsorgans oder einer ähnlichen Personengruppe wurden Vorschüsse oder Kredite gewährt.

Es wurden auch keine Haftungsverhältnisse zugunsten dieser Personen begründet.

Ein entgeltlicher Geschäfts- oder Firmenwert wurde nicht erworben.

Finanzinstrumente, die mit dem beizulegenden Zeitwert zu bewerten sind, sind nicht vorhanden.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 war Johann-Hubertus Freiherr von Malsen-Ponickau alleiniger Geschäftsführer. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Jahre 2023 keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
