I. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Die Gesellschaft firmiert unter meta-objects.NET IT Solutions GmbH, hat ihren Sitz in Wallenhorst und wird im Amtsgericht Osnabrück im Handelsregister unter HRB 203791 geführt.

Die meta-objects.NET IT Solutions GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Regelungen des HGB unter Anwendung der Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Anlagevermögen

Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis 800 EUR wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung vollständig abgeschrieben.

2. Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Posten ist durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Die Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betragen 203.284.40 EUR und haben eine Laufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren.

Flüssige Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

3. Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000,00 EUR und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

4. Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie wurden nicht abgezinst und in der Höhe bemessen, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter betragen 79.052,73 EUR.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Durchschnittliche Zahl der Mitarbeiter

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich zehn Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
