Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 II HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuch aufgestellt (§§ 265 I 2, 266 ff. HGB).

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist.

Sofern gesetzlich nicht anders bestimmt werden die Posten der Aktivseite nicht mit den Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet.

Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein.

Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen.

Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet.

Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind.

Gewinne sind nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn Sie bis zum Abschlussstichtag realisiert wurden. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Zahlung berücksichtigt worden.

Einzeln ist wie folgt bewertet worden:

Das Immaterielle Anlagevermögen und das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Flüssige Mittel wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt (§253 I HGB).

Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgte nach § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
