Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches gegliedert.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt.

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet:

Selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Herstellungskosten aktiviert.

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten erfasst und werden ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer entsprechend planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen werden zu historischen Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung bilanziert. Die Wertentwicklung wird in der Anlagebuchhaltung zweifelsfrei nachgewiesen.

Die planmäßige Abschreibung wurde nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen.

Die Zugänge an geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Liquide Mittel sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten für transitorische Ausgaben sind nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften gebildet worden.

Das gezeichnete Kapital (Stammkapital) ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten für transitorische Einnahmen sind nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften gebildet worden.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Sämtliche im Einzelnen ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind binnen Jahresfrist fällig.

Der im Bilanzgewinn vorhandene Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr beträgt EUR 1.075.595,50 (Vorjahr: EUR 566.074,30).

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr bis zu fünf Jahren betragen EUR 110.643,86

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 31.
