I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Object Dynamics Software GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Weil im Schönbuch-Neuweiler und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter HRB 245718 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Entwicklung, das Marketing und der Vertrieb von Softwareprogrammen, die Durchführung von Seminaren und Schulungen sowie die Beratung (Consulting) im Bereich der Datenverarbeitung.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff, 264 ff. HGB sowie der einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag von EUR 4.462,65 enthalten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 239,16.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Auf Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gem. § 326 HGB verzichtet.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 50.000,00 DM. Es ist in voller Höhe einbezahlt.

Geschäftsführer ist Herr Georg Marwitz, Leonberg.

Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Im Jahr 2020 wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
