Allgemeine Hinweise
Der Jahresabschluss der Ingenieurgruppe BEB GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.
Erworbene Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Das bewegliche Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und wird um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibung erfolgt für alle Anlagegüter linear. Auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens beginnt diese mit dem Monat der Anschaffung.
Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Netto-Einzelwert von EUR 800,00, sind im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben bzw. als Aufwand erfasst worden; ihr sofortiger Abgang wurde unterstellt. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens werden im Übrigen zeitanteilig vorgenommen.
Die Bewertung der unfertigen Leistungen erfolgte retrograd aus erhaltenen und angeforderten Anzahlungen. Fremdkapitalzinsen wurden nicht einbezogen.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Posten ist durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.
Flüssige Mittel wurden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger und kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag (d.h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ausgewiesenen Verpflichtungen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Passive latente Steuern werden nicht bilanziert.

Angaben zur Währungsumrechnung
Der Jahresabschluss enthält keine Sachverhalte, die in Euro umgerechnet wurden.

Abweichung von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten u.a. Beträge für die Jahresabschlusserstellung, für Archivierung sowie für Schadenersatz.
Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 0.
